They own and are aware of their google maps listing (advertising) because they responded to a bad review. They also have a chat box on there website, who is that for, not the general public. Also it took me two phone calls to find that out, first call was put on indefinite hold, second time transferred three times to speak with someone. I do not wish for a bad economy but businesses like this were created on a fairytale of free money, unrealistic low interest rates. When a business sales rope soup and dope building materials (nothing special) and you can narrow your business down to a specific group of people, specifically not the generally public you are living the fantasy world of free money. No, I do not care if you are doing it because of man power, pay more than the gov't and people will apply.

I was supposed to have 4 windows replaced as part of my new home warranty. They first showed up with new windows that had the same issues my current windows have. It's now been 2 months of waiting. Then, today they were scheduled to be here this afternoon between noon and 4:00. After not hearing anything, I called them and was told it would be delayed because (yet again) they had production issues. I asked the lady why they couldn't have let me know and she claimed she had no one of knowing without looking at every single address. I find that hard to believe, but either way, it's unacceptable. Beginning to wonder if these will ever be replaced and I don't have a real good feeling about how long our windows will last.
